Before you ask am I ok...I am fine hahaha it was just a week of service and change and ah!!!
First I just wanna say sorry...I have a tons of pics but my camera died...so I cannot send them....I WILL next week
ANY way we had a great week. This Tuesday we had an exciting opportunity to go on exchanges and as usual I learned so much!!! It was nice to learn and to just work the regular schedule again.
Wednesday we had a service opportunity to help clean a school! THOSE are the pictures I wanted to send but!!!! wala and I am sooo sorry!!! but mostly what we did was pull big branches they would cut off with their swords!!! hahaha It looked like it! The worst part was the tree ants...they are like these giant red ants and every time we would cut down a branch they got on th ground.....if you stood still for long, they would go on your legs..the first time I notice them I was holding a branch and three were on my hand next to my thumb.......almost got bit! AHHHHH hahaha but we had fun!!!
Friday we were weekly planning and I got a text from the DL...the only thing was the name on the text was different....our DL got emergency transfered into an area cause all 4 elders there got pulled out...of Vigan..that's my old area! What!!!!
It's chill though!! we still love them. \We just ignore it and keep working.
Sunday was stake conference...no JORDAN I did not have the experience you had because I still have the black tag... but we also had the chance to work with our bishop and his wife...they said marienda muna...(snack first) in there eyes it's spaggeti and bomb manga!! mangos in English.
MONDAY today we had a training by sister barrienetos and Pres and interviews!!! It rocked! SIS taught mostly the importance to the Filipinos on speaking English and why it's important. IT WAS way fun cause the Filipino people think it's fun to learn and we love to teach but for me its English and Tagalog.
ONE MORE THING JUNE 6 is the big date for Erica and Jacob!! we are excited!!!! and hope everything goes weel!!!
WELL WITH MUCH LOVE

Lip Pointer
The mission really changes you...if you let it. Haha what I mean is there are things I do that I didn't do before LIKE point with my lips....yeah I do that...just thought I'd let you know.
ANY WAY (basta)
This week was a good...ok week for me. As you know I am training a new missionary right now. I am starting to see the challenges BUT hahaha jokes on you if you think I give up! As a missionary and more so as a trainer you receive revelation for you, your area, and as a trainer for your companion. For me this week I received it for how to do language training. We now do 30 mins English and 30 mins Tagalog. This week during English training I learned that my companion was pretty much in a gang. But don't worry they just fight and not drugs or drink...so that's cool but Elder Ellis is the man! He is way good in Tagalog already! BUT of course there is still room to improve.
I am happy to say however that we have 2 progressing investigators very close to baptism. We had the date of May 30 but for us as missionaries that was a little to fast so we pushed it back. It is just nice to know they want to and on top of that it is a rescue baptism, meaning the mom is a returning LA and we are just so happy for them. They are the best!
I had a cool thing happen this Friday. As you also know that here in my mission they speak two languages. This appt. we had we were able to share with them the first vision. after the older nanay had a rant/questions. IN ILICANO but the thing was I saw my self understanding...I dont study the language but..idk call it what you will, the fact I hear it all day or gift of interpretation of tongues. IT FELT GOOD
SATURDAY was a long day. hahaha We were going to have a half a day mission. It turned out to an hour and a half....so we walked from where we were to Lapaz, 40 min walk, and just started to go to all out LA and INV there from that time we got 5 lessons (4-8) we had two at the mission thing and 1 in the morning cause we studied in the morning....We were sooooo tired. 7 lessons from 3-8.
Sunday we as missionaries spoke. I spoke on Discipleship and spiritual self reliance. Using Jeffery R Holland'ss talk on the first commandment....you know the one "PETER IF I WANT FISH I'LL GET FISH" and yeah....it was cool!!
well thats it... here some pics from this week.....

Bonjour!
I had birth to a French polly.....he is the best!!!
SO this week we met our trainees. Elder Ellis and I are now companions and are doing great.
This week I learned all but two from my batch, (MTC group, In-take) what ever you wanna call it, are trainers now...one is in the office the other...well I'll let imagination work that.
We are all very scared because untill Wednesday night I felt still new in the mission...guys I'm 3 months from a year and I'm not counting, I just noticed that like 10 seconds ago...where did time go. may tagal pa (long time left) but I love this work and I love serving...
SO this week I started to train and it's been so far really good. Elder Ellis is already real good at Tagalog, meaning he isn't afraid to extened a commitment when I asked him to! boo yeah!
Sunday he bore a testimony in just great Tagalog... I am a proud dad..
So yeah for my INVS. I have two progressing and getting close to baptism! Just need to teach! Their names are Erica and Jacob! They are still young, yeah, but the best!!!
I also was able to Skype the fam bam!! Jordan is home, so I got to talk to him!!! and see my mom!!!! it was the best and I am so ready for work! because of them pushing me!!
SO there is this elder named Elder Tan who has been in the office longer than I was in the feild....he finally got out and was asked to train! Since I am at the church on Sundays same time he is, we grew close and both of our former companions were Elder SEU. We grew close man. He is so funny. One sister in that ward said that he was the most active member in that ward!! hahahaha they asked if he wanted to put his name in there ward roster hahha but we got to talk before he went out to a far area hahaha oh man he is the best!!!
Well really that is it! I love you all, miss you more.

It was a good long week
And when I say long, I mean from Friday till now.
But I will tell you all about it!
Sunday we met a wonderful family who has two kids, one boy and girl both want baptism. So Monday we got to teach them after P-day and it was way fun! They are way cool and silly, but the daughter is a little harder to deal with...very short attention.
SO Tuesday we were finally able to teach a sister by the name of Aida. She has read all the way to Ch. 21 in 1st Nephi....we just taught her. wow hahaha She is super Mabait and just so funny to!!
Wednesday we visited a sister named Sister Pedro she is the Gospel Doctrine teacher! She is also the best! We told her we were teaching her neighbour....she went off on this long rant about all this crazy stuff! How he does drugs and all that man crazy talaga. But we had a "FHE" at her house. It was her and us so 3 in total and here husband nearby so we didn't break rules
FRIDAY.....it's suppose to be weekly planning. I'll tell you the story......Friday morning just after my workout, about to take a shower, I got a call from pres. "sorry to disturb you, but can you and Elder Seu go to Riverside. We have a sister that has RUN away" so we went. We looked for three hours at computer shops, at bus places, but wala. We were then told to go home. As I finished up what seems the fastest weekly planning I have had. I got a text from the AP (while we were cooking lunch) said "meet at the stake center, we are going finding......So we're given an area and told to scan it....we did and it was long. Then we came back if wala, so we did that....Then as we went out about to return home after checking an area, President said "no one goes home till we have her." So the search went on. We searched for forever, our legs...about to fall of...we then got a text that said meet at the apartment of the sisters, President wants to talk with us......We had a chat. The sisters gave us water to drink and crackers to eat...(all the sisters in the area are in the same complex). President then came, updated us while we updated him...He then asked for an idea on what to do...Sister Barrientos spoke and said "I always say the prayer of an obedient missionary is the most powerful. Let us pray and after just bow our heads..let revelation speak to us" so be did. President prayed and the room was strong in the spirit. Had us all, yes, all in tears.. but we sat in silence....as we started to converse, we felt na Marcoss stadium... so they went and looked, not there. But going on to Saturday the APs and office elders only in the seach said that a few people saw her near that area.
While working on Saturday we got a text to say that the Area President said it was ok for her to return home. The ticket was ok. Moments after that we got a text that said "she is home I'm going to see her now" she willingly went home.....the question you might ask is where she slept..they said na she slept on the roof of the apartment because they left the key in the gate. She went upstairs and left in the AM. By now she might be home. who knows...
They always say best two years of your life, never said easy.
SO sunday we texted an RC. Said hey, lets get to church, yeah!.....MORE STUFF.....she said that they couldn't. That her father died....another RC of ours.. (RC means Recent convert...btw) what they said happened was he was swimming in his little concrete pool..slipped and fell in the water. He was with his daughter..She thought it was a joke...It wasn't. We went to the Living and saw him. It was hard for us as seeing we saw him on TUESDAY.....life is hard.
Sunday also Bishop was coming back from Manila and brought Krispy Kream as there are none here in Laoag.
SUNDAY NIGHT.....as we closed I received a call...guys...I'M HAVING A BABY!!! or in non-mission language I'M TRAINING!!! Yes, I will be training. I meet him wednesday. We go out on Thusrday! MAN life is good
SO that's that. I'll sent two emails one with pics...mom, you'd be proud. I did good this week!
I LOVE YOU ALL
